Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
At Flavurful Catering & Events, we value every client and take pride in providing quality food and service for each event. Because catering requires time, planning, and preparation, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our team.
1. Deposits and Event Bookings

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits are used to secure staff, ingredients, and scheduling — therefore, they cannot be refunded once paid.
If your event must be rescheduled, we will make every effort to apply your deposit to the new date (subject to availability).
2. Final Payments

The remaining balance for your event must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.

Once full payment has been received and preparations begin, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
3. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event:

14 or more days before your event: you may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

Less than 14 days before the event: payments are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion.
If Flavurful Catering & Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or events beyond our control), you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
4. Special Circumstances
In rare situations (severe weather, venue closure, or emergencies), we will work closely with you to reschedule or credit your event rather than cancel outright.
Our goal is always to provide a solution that supports both your event and our team.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same method of payment originally used (e.g., Cash App, Stripe, or other payment provider).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
6. No-Show or Late Notice Policy
If our team arrives at the venue and the client is not available, the event will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
If event start times are delayed beyond one hour due to client or venue issues, additional fees may apply.
