Welcome to Flavurful Catering & Events. By booking our catering services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming any order or event.

 

1. Business Information

Flavurful Catering & Events is a family-owned catering company based in Pennsylvania, serving clients across the state.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Deposits must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice.

• Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

• If Flavurful Catering & Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

 

4. Menu Changes & Guest Counts

• Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event.

• Increases in guest count or menu changes after this deadline may result in additional charges.

• Decreases in guest count after confirmation are not refundable.

 

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Clients are responsible for informing us of all allergies and dietary restrictions in writing prior to the event.
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, Flavurful Catering & Events is not liable for allergic reactions that occur if we are not notified in advance.

 

6. Equipment, Setup & Property

Any equipment, décor, or service items provided by Flavurful Catering & Events must be returned in good condition.
The client is responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during the event.

 

7. Payments & Accepted Methods

We accept the following payment methods:​

• Credit Card/Debit Card (for online invoices)

• Cash or Certified Check (by arrangement only)

Services are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.

 

8. Event Timing & Venue Access

Clients must ensure access to the venue for setup and breakdown as agreed.
Flavurful Catering & Events is not responsible for delays caused by limited venue access or restrictions.

 

9. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for cancellations or damages caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, accidents, illness, or venue-related issues.
In such cases, deposits may be transferred to a future event date.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an event or service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that event.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, images, and logos on www.flavurful.com are the property of Flavurful Catering & Events.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

 

12. Updates to Terms

Flavurful Catering & Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
